Introduction

Welcome to Hangout Cappadocia Travel. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. To avoid any misunderstandings, please read these conditions carefully.

2. Booking and Payment

Booking

All bookings can be made in writing via our website or via WhatsApp.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment for services must be made in full or with a 20% deposit at the time of booking. Prepayment is required to confirm the reservation. Only for bookings which take place outside the Cappadocia region, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers. As well as cash payments can be made on your arrival. Travellers can pay safely and easily for their bookings via our payment form. Customers' personal information will not be kept by our company in any way, we assure safe and secure bookings therefore do not hesitate to book and contact us if any questions occur.

All our services include VAT. Our company's title will appear under the following name as "Bediray Seyahat Acentesi ve Turizm Limited Şirketi" when card withdrawal.

The inclusions & the exclusions are stated in the details of the service you receive. Changes in your holiday date and itinerary upon your request may decrease or increase your payment amount according to our cancellation and refund policy which has been stated below.

The valid Exchange rate is the rate on the day of your payment.

Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel their bookings subject to our cancellation policy. All cancellations have to be in script via e-mail and follows the cancellation conditions below.

Refunds and rescheduling options depend on the timing and reason for cancellation. Please review our specific cancellation terms for detailed information.

Cancellation and Refund

(calculated on the whole package price). If you decide to cancel your tour after booking and paying a pre-payment, depending on the time that has passed since the certain reservation, the refund amount is determined according to the following conditions:

• Up to ten weeks before tour date: 90%
• Between ten weeks and four weeks: 75%
• Between four weeks and two weeks: 60%
• Between two weeks and one week: 40%
• One week before tour: 20%
• 72 hours before tour: 0%

No Show Policy

No refund of any amount will be paid less than 72 hours before scheduled arrival for no shows or while on tour. Any change on a booked reservation is considered cancellation and cancellation terms & conditions will apply.

Hot Air Balloon Booking Conditions

Balloon reservations can only be considered certain if payment is made in advance and the valid currency is Euro (€).

If the balloon flight is canceled due to weather conditions, a 100% refund will be given. Otherwise, the above cancellation conditions apply for cancellations made by you.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Compliance: Clients must comply with all local laws and regulations during their travel.
• Conduct: Clients are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during all tours and activities.
• Health and Safety: Clients must disclose any medical conditions or special needs that may affect their participation in our tours or activities.
• Insurance: We recommend that you get travel insurance before going on holiday in order to avoid being affected by negative and extraordinary situations in both the country you are in and the country you will travel to. In case of cancellation due to negative circumstances, the total price of the package you purchased includes the cancellation conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

General Liability

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or other emergencies.

8. Rights of Hangout Cappadocia Travel

• Hangout Cappadocia Travel reserves the right to make necessary changes due to external sources without notice.
• Hangout Cappadocia Travel and its cooperators have the right to alter the current itinerary and visiting locations for important reasons which could lead to some changes before or during the tour.
• Hangout Cappadocia Travel is not liable for the intermediary services forwarded. We are only liable for our own services.
• Hangout Cappadocia Travel has the right to exclude from services those who disrupt or hinder the course of the tour by displaying negative behaviors, while protecting the welfare and rights of other service participants.
